WASHINGTON, April 24 (Reuters) - US securities regulators on Tuesday charged an H&R Block subsidiary with misleading investors on subprime mortgage investments.
The subsidiary, Option One Mortgage Corp, now Sand Canyon Corp, agreed to pay $28.2 million to settle the charges, the Securities and Exchange Commission said.
