Rosenthal Collins settles CFTC charges Apr 12th 2012, 18:44 WASHINGTON, April 12 | Thu Apr 12, 2012 2:44pm EDT WASHINGTON, April 12 (Reuters) - The Commodity Futures Trading Commission announced on Thursday a $2.5 million dollar settlement with futures brokerage Rosenthal Collins Group over supervisory failures. The CFTC said the brokerage failed to "diligently supervise" an account used for a multimillion dollar commodity futures Ponzi scheme.
