SAN FRANCISCO, July 5 (Reuters) - A U.S. appeals court on Friday ruled invalid California legislation which had eliminated coverage of some healthcare services, including adult dental, podiatry, optometry and chiropractic care.
The ruling from the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals said federal Medicaid prohibits the limits passed by California's legislature.
